Thank you for you interest in becoming part of our vendor team. Nexus Analytix provides specialized professional services, including real estate appraisals. We collect and maintain a list of qualified licensed and certified appraisers to use in conjunction with our diversified client service offerings. Our mission is is to provide our clients with high quality, accurate and timely services.

We are not a high volume appraisal management services company; we act as a referral network for some clients and a vendor management service for others. Therefore we can arrange reasonable fees for quality service providers. We value the services provided by qualified appraiser vendors and treat all appraisers in a professional manner.

The general Certified Appraiser Qualifications are:

  • Appraiser must hold a state Certified Residential Appraiser or Certified General Appraiser licensed in the state of service. Certified licenses are required by many clients and preferred by mops others.
  • Appraiser must have an active E & O Insurance policy with appropriate levels.
  • Appraiser should have at least five (5) years of active real estate appraisal experience.
  • Appraiser must be in good standing and listed as active on the federal and state licensing boards.
  • Clients may require additional documentation to be eligible to receive appraisal assignments.
  • Preference is given to appraisers with professional association membership and documented specialty experience.

Our application process includes the competition of our online Appraisal Vendor Application, supplying supporting documents, and execution of a Master Vendor Contract.

Before you start the online application, please have a digital (pdf, jpg) on your hard drive and ready for uploading.  You will be asked to complete an application that provides vital information needed to match an appraiser to appropriate assignment opportunities.  As part of the application, you will be asked to upload the following documents:

  • Completed W-9 Form, download a pdf copy here and complete.
  • Copy of Appraiser Certification\License (pdf, jpg).
  • Copy of E & O Insurance in appraisers’ name (pdf, jpg).
  • Photo (Optional) - Head Shot of the appraiser (jpg), used verify appraiser identification.
